Leads the direction and culture of BSA, aligning events and initiatives with member outcomes. Focused on building a strong student community and driving high-quality experiences across the year.

Helps drive the committee’s delivery rhythm – planning, logistics, and follow-through. Focused on creating events that are practical, welcoming, and valuable for members.

Business Information Systems Student at RMIT
Supports strategy and execution across the committee while keeping delivery organised and consistent. Helps coordinate planning, internal operations, and member experience across BSA initiatives.

Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance
Oversees budgeting, spend approvals, and financial tracking to keep BSA sustainable. Ensures events are delivered smoothly with responsible use of funds and clear reporting.

Keeps BSA running smoothly by coordinating agendas, meeting minutes, and internal documentation. Focused on clear communication, strong organisation, and ensuring key actions and deadlines are followed through.

Ben Joffe
Bachelor of Business (Marketing & Behavioural Science)
With a background in branding and design and a strong passion for marketing, creativity and consumer psychology, Ben brings strategy and storytelling together. Currently completing a Bachelor of Business Professional Practice at RMIT University, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Behavioural Science, he focuses on blending analytical insight with creative execution. Ben has contributed to content and event marketing for organisations including Capacity Sports, the Victorian Rover Council, and RMIT’s Business Student Association. He enjoys exploring why people think the way they do and turning those insights into campaigns, visuals and brand experiences that resonate and endure.
